The Laboratory launches its hiring platform
The Barbanza Ecosocial Laboratory is launching a hiring platform with the aim of strengthening the local economy of Barbanza and facilitating project transparency.
March 10, 2024 — The Barbanza Ecosocial Laboratory is planning to fill various professional profiles from its partner ‘comunidades de montes’, such as livestock farmers or workers at the forest processing center. It will also outsource numerous forest service packages, such as clearing, pruning and planting. A new section on the Laboratory’s website will serve as a recruitment platform and job board, allowing candidates to submit their bids for advertised positions.
All details on job openings and guidelines for submitting proposals can be found at the following link: Plataforma de contratación – Laboratorio Ecosocial do Barbanza. This page will be updated periodically to include new opportunities, which will also be advertised on the Laboratory’s social media channels.
Barbanza Ecosocial Lab has the support of the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO) of the Government of Spain, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
Coordinated by Fundación RIA, the Barbanza Ecosocial Lab is a project dedicated to promoting the transition towards environmental sustainability and strengthening resilience in the territorial management of the Barbanza common land.
